The project is situated at a strategic junction between the revitalizing Jaffa, the Florentin neighborhood, and the employment districts of South Tel Aviv—

at the heart of an urban environment undergoing rapid renewal and development.

The complex is designed as a mixed-use development, integrating residential, commercial, and employment spaces,

while creating a modern urban environment with excellent accessibility to major transportation arteries.

The project comprises a 24-story residential tower alongside four mid-rise buildings of approximately 15 stories each—totaling about 400 residential units—complemented by commercial and employment spaces.
